Which cards do you accept ?
We accept most UK debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards or prepaid cards.
What payment plans do you offer?
Our most popular options are our 3, 4 and 6 month interest-free plans, where you pay an initial amount upfront and the rest over equal monthly instalments. Some retailers also offer longer interest-bearing plans, 12 months and beyond, depending on the purchase value and agreement terms.
Can I have more than one plan at a time?
Yes, you can, subject to approval. Each application is assessed on its own merits.
How are my payments taken?
Your payments are automatically taken from the same debit card used to set up the plan. No action needed, just make sure there are sufficient funds on your payment dates.
Will you carry out a credit check?
Yes. We’ll carry out a credit check as part of your application to help us assess whether we can offer you a loan and to make sure it’s affordable for you.
Will a credit check affect my credit score?
We will perform a soft credit check (quotation search) on every loan application; it won’t affect your credit score and isn’t visible to other lenders. On some of our longer-term products we may also carry out a full credit search once your loan has been taken out and funds have been dispersed; this will be recorded on your credit file and may be seen by other lenders.
