Which cards do you accept?
We accept most UK debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards or prepaid cards.
What payment plans do you offer?
Our most popular options are our 3, 4 and 6 month interest-free plans, where you pay an initial amount upfront and the rest over equal monthly instalments. Some retailers also offer longer interest-bearing plans, 12 months and beyond, depending on the purchase value and agreement terms.
Can I have more than one plan at a time?
Yes, you can, subject to approval. Each application is assessed on its own merits.
How are my payments taken?
Your payments are automatically taken from the same debit card used to set up the plan. No action needed, just make sure there are sufficient funds on your payment dates.
Will this affect my credit score?
No credit check is required for plans up to £1,000. For plans over £1,000 of if your loan is interest bearing, we will conduct a credit search which may impact your credit score.
